Step 1: Requirement Submission & Drawings
Customers submit 3D models, technical specifications, or existing product samples. We support flexible inputs including fan blade specs, voltage, dimensions, and special applications.
Our R D team evaluates the technical details, offers suggestions, and designs customized motor models with optimal structure, materials, and performance.
We create the first set of motor samples using CNC, 3D printing, or available parts. Preliminary tests verify fitment, function, and electrical performance.
Once the final sample is approved, we initiate mass production with precise control over materials, tooling, and assembly. Meanwhile, customized packaging—box size, inner tray, labels, and compliance markings—is prepared to ensure product protection and efficient handling.
All products undergo 100% final inspection before shipment. We arrange logistics as per customer requirements and provide tracking and shipping documents. Post-delivery, we remain available for ongoing technical support and service.
